- 12:15pm: Depart LCHS
- 1:15pm: Arrive at Warren High School
- 2:15pm: Begin Warm-up
- 3:15pm: Parent Helpers arrive in warm-up area
- 3:45pm: Plume, gauntlet, tune
- 4pm: Pit at Gate & Band Departs
- 4:10pm: Band at Gate
- 4:32pm: Performance time
- 4:58pm: Awards
- 5:30pm: Change, load truck
- 6pm: Snacks served
- 6:45pm: Depart Warren High School
- 7:45pm: Arrive at LCHS, unload truck, hang uniforms
- 8:15pm: Dismissal
