Senior Night Dinner:
We will need several parent helpers to set-up and serve the dinner. We will begin set-up at 4pm and dinner will be served at 5pm. Please contact Nadia Ali if you are available and willing.
Prior to the game (and after the game too):
Helpers are needed to fill water jugs and cover the bleachers. Please meet in the band hallway at 5:45pm. If you are available and willing, please contact Pierre Echternach.
SENIOR PARENTS!
You will be walking with your student onto the field during pre-game for Senior Night. In years past, High School admins have asked that you purchase a ticket for the game and meet your student in the end zone on the restroom side of the field. You and your student will be announced as you walk onto the field. Please be there by 6:15pm.

Helpful Notes for Parents:
- Students will remain with the group from the start of rehearsal through dismissal at the end of the day. Students may have the opportunity to leave after the truck is loaded in the morning, but MUST be back at the High School no later than 12:30pm to load the bus — and ONLY with prior approval from Mr. Stone.
- NO STUDENTS may leave the group and must stay on campus at each competition site! NO EXCEPTIONS!
- With #1 in mind, please make sure your student has the appropriate clothing and shoes for the entire day – at rehearsal, to wear under the uniform, and to return home. Students will change into uniform on the bus (in public).
- Students should bring a water jug and sunscreen to the morning rehearsal. Sometimes it’s pretty toasty out there!
- Please remember that all times listed are approximate. Sometimes things need to change depending on the circumstances of the day and we do our best to keep to a schedule so everyone is on the same page. However, things always come up including, but not limited to, the traffic situation. This is especially true this week. It’s our first time at competition this year, so we ask for your cooperation and understanding.
- If your student is taking the PSAT, please have them join the group whenever they are finished. Your student should also let Mr. Stone know that they are taking the PSAT.

7/8 Night
Friday, September 7th
The 9-12 Band and Guard always enjoy welcoming the 7/8 Band students for this event. It’s a busy, but fun night.
7/8 students will be rehearsing with the High School students at 5pm, will eat with them, and then perform with them at the Boosters tailgate, on the field during pre-game, and in the stands during the first half of the game. After the High School students perform their show at half-time, the 7/8 students will return to the band room with Mr. Myers and will be dismissed. The students may return to the game with parents if you choose or may go home.
The 7/8 students are voting on their t-shirt design this week and t-shirts will be distributed prior to next Friday evening.
