We need a couple of 7/8 parents to help serve the pizza dinner for all 7/8 students and all ALF students. We will set up at 4:30pm in the Cafeteria and we’ll be finished by 6:30pm so everyone will be able to attend the concert! If you are willing, please contact Nadia Ali.
9-12 Band & Orchestra Winter Spectacular
We will be having a reception after the Winter Spectacular for all students and audience members.
9-12 Marching Spartans and 7/8 Color Guard should take instruments, uniforms, and equipment home after school in prep for the Montrose Christmas Parade.

There will also be a telescope observatory with a rotating dome and large 10″ telescope to check out, too!
Due to the growth in our music program and the overwhelming popularity of our annual fundraiser Dinner Show, we have decided this year to have a separate Dinner Show just for 7/8 Band and Orchestra families.
This will be a memorable evening dedicated to the music of 7/8 students with many other surprises! We look forward to seeing you there.
Additionally, we are looking for 7/8 music parents to help us organize the event. This is a great and fun way to get involved in the Instrumental Music program. If you are interested, please contact Adam Kline.

All families are asked to complete the registration. We use this information for keeping you informed of all activities and to communicate with you. This form also shares with you the financial info that is needed to make the program successful. (The Financial Assistance form is also included.) Please take a moment to complete the registration.
We will be collecting Field Trip Forms this week. By completeing and returning it now, it’ll save you and us some time when we return for Workshops and Band Camp in July.
The field trip form for 2019-2020 is now available. Please take a moment to complete the fillable PDF form, print, and sign.
These forms can be turned into the Black Box in the Band Room at any time.
7/8 and 9-12 students in the entire program are required to turn this form in annually. Do it now, and save yourself time at the start of the year!
