NY Trip – Payment Deadline

Encore Tours, the company arranging the New York trip, has indicated that some participants have only paid the deposit of $200. Please go to the website and make a payment of $1000 prior to December 22nd to be sure your student has an airline seat.

After December 22nd, all participants that have not paid a total of $1200 will be dropped from the trip.

If you are planning on using funds from your student’s account, please email Mr. Stone and let him know so he can communicate that to the tour company. (And be sure to let Mr. Bohannon know that you are planning on using the student account. The deadline for that is December 19th.)

Ms. Munday’s News & Notes…

Bravo to all for a fun and well-played Winter Spectacular! Thank you parents for the yummy and plentiful food at the after-concert reception.
It’s such a wonderful way to end the first semester of school.

Good luck to all with finals-just remember that you are all beautiful and brilliant and you got this!

Have a restful holiday filled with time with your family and friends and special activities.

Thank you for your support and commitment to the LCHS Instrumental program. See you next year!

Mr. Stone’s Thought of the Week…

Thank you all for a great first half of the year. Every performance, rehearsal, and sectional was wonderful to hear and be a part of.

My favorite part of making music is the growth that happens in learning and perfecting a piece of music so that we can share it with others. It’s the best! Well done this year to all our groups!

Have a great finals week and an even better holiday season!
